This Website is operated by ALCHEMIS.ME LTD, a company incorporated and registered under company number 15080947 at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom (hereafter referred to as "Alchemis," "we," and "us"). By using this Website (or "Site"), you agree to the Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) outlined below, including the Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to modify these T&Cs at our sole discretion without notice, so please check this page periodically for changes. Please do not use this Site if you choose not to accept these T&Cs.

 

TERMS OF SERVICE

The "Services" and/or "Products" available on this Site are fully provided online and intended to support and accelerate your personal development. The methods used may include and combine coaching, consulting, and/or RTT® (Rapid Transformational Therapy®). Please refer to the individual product's product description for the full scope of services provided for each.

RTT® combines the most effective principles of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), mindfulness, and hypnotherapy to create a uniquely powerful therapeutic approach that allows "Clients" to gain freedom from their issues in as little as one to three sessions. RTT® gets to the root cause of a problem and provides the "Client" with the tools needed to reframe their past and replace negative thoughts with enhanced positive beliefs.

For the best possible outcome of an RTT® session, the "Client" must be motivated, willing to change, and open to hypnosis, as the "Client" plays an active role in their transformation process.

Hypnosis is a natural, safe, and relaxing state of consciousness where the "Client" is in control of their mind.

All 1:1 appointments take place via Zoom and may be recorded upon the client's consent for quality purposes. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for further information on data management.

 

PAYMENT

Sessions that are part of a "Product" or "Service" will only occur upon the complete booking of all session sets as advised on the appointment bookings portal and payment confirmation.

Payments are made via Stripe or PayPal.

Some "Products" or "Services" may offer a payment plan option next to a pay-in-full option. Purchasing a product on a payment plan commits the client to honor the payment agreement made available at the time of purchase until the complete purchase amount has been reached.

 

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Cancellations are only accepted if made 48 hours before a booked appointment.

Refunds are only provided in total for a complete set of appointment cancellations of a purchased product. This applies to both pay-in-full and payment plan options.

No refunds are made for partial appointment cancellations of a purchased product.
No refunds are made after an appointment has taken place.

 

APPOINTMENT RESCHEDULING

Appointments may be rescheduled free of charge with a 48-hour notice period.
You will be charged £100 to reschedule an appointment upon late notice.

Please show up on time for your appointments. If you run over 15 minutes late, the appointment will be canceled, and you will be asked to reschedule.

 

DISCLAIMER & DISCLOSURE

Hypnosis is unsuitable for individuals with epilepsy, any personality disorder(s), or psychotic illness(es). It may cause adverse effects in such persons. No liability or responsibility is assumed for any adverse effects of the services provided. Please get in touch with an appropriately licensed doctor for a diagnosis before booking an RTT® session if you have doubts about your mental health. The services provided are non-diagnostic and should not be construed as medical advice or the care treatment of a licensed physician, medical practitioner, psychologist, or psychiatrist.

For optimal results, the client's active cooperation and willingness to change are required. Thus, neither using hypnosis alone nor participating in a session guarantees a successful outcome.

The information, services, products, claims, webinar topics, and materials on our Website are provided without warranties. We disclaim all warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to the implied effectiveness of the ideas or success strategies listed on our Site and those provided in our services and products.

The provider's techniques, hypnotic or otherwise, serve strictly as avocational or vocational self-improvement and do not offer therapy for emotional or mental disorders. The provider does not provide the services or treatment of a licensed physician, psychologist, or psychiatrist. The provider is not licensed to practice psychology and does not claim to offer psychological benefits, psychometrist (or any form of psychometrics), or psychometry services.

Participating in the provided "Service" does not guarantee success, and the provider makes no representation or guarantee through "Client's" participation in the Services. All information on the provider's Website or included in statements, testimonials, or materials made or distributed by or on behalf of the provider is for information purposes only and is not intended to be relied on by the "Client" or to constitute a representation of the effects or benefits of the "Service."

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Under no circumstances, including but not limited to negligence, will we, our affiliates, or any of our licensors or suppliers be liable or responsible for any direct, indirect, exemplary, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to economic loss, injury, illness or death that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials or information on the Sites, or any products or services provided under the Sites. 

You are solely responsible and accountable for your decisions, actions, and results in life. By using the Sites, you agree not to attempt to hold us liable for any such decisions, actions, or results at any time, under any circumstance.

 

PARENTAL CONSENT 

While it is possible to receive some of the services provided on this Website for legal minors upon request, such as RTT®, a parent or legal guardian's written consent is strictly required before making any purchase. 

Please note that if you are legally considered a minor in the country/region from which you are accessing this Website, you must notify your parent or guardian about our Privacy Policy before registering to use this Site and any of its services. We reserve the right to only accept orders from clients over 18 who match the legal age eligibility criteria to make online purchases within the country/region of access. Should any personal information of a legal minor without verification of parental consent be collected, the data is deleted. The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we will not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. We strongly recommend that parents participate in their children's exploration of the internet and any online services and use their browser's parental controls to limit the areas of the internet to which their children have access. At our discretion, we may require users under 18 to obtain the consent of a parent or guardian to view certain content, and we may limit access to certain content to users above a specified age. We occasionally discuss mature subjects and use language relating to personal and professional growth that may be explicit or utilize "curse words." Users who are uncomfortable with such topics or language should not use our Site.
